Question Pc3200 Or Pc4000?

Okay, taking a look at mem for Celtic Spirit and was wondering what you all thought about these choices. Will more than likely only do “upper middle” OC’ing since it seems I’ll be forever stuck in noobie mode there. The PC3200 currently has a 40.00 rebate that ends the 31st, so have to make a decision “yesterday”.

Guess basically I’m asking if paying the extra for the PC4000 will be more “future proof” or should I be okay with the PC3200 to help the budget? Proposed system specs are:

Lite:
Motherboard: ECS KN1 SLI Extreme
CPU: AMD 3700+ San Diego
GPU: 2 x evga 7800 GT CO
HDD: 1 x WD Raptor 74Gb (Primary) + 2 x Maxtor 160gb SATA D’Max 9* (RAID1)

Ultra:
Motherboard: MSI K8N Diamond Plus
CPU: AMD X2 4400+ Toledo
GPU: 2 x evga 7800 GTX KO
HDD: 1 x WD Raptor 74Gb (Primary) + 2 x HITACHI T7K250 250Gb SATA II (RAID1)

If your looking for faster RAM speeds then the PC4000 is the way to go, but if you don't wanna break the piggy bank PC3200 is the way to go. Personaly i would not want to buy corsair, i'd rather buy a brand like Hynix or OCZ, i would go with the PC4000, GeIL GL1GB4000DC 1GB Kit DDR500 PC4000 or Mushkin 991493 2GB Kit DDR500 XP4000.
Generaly i think those would be the be choice for ya. And i would go with the ultra specs/PC4000

just me 2c

Once again im going to have to say go with Gskill! I'll link some over! This ram will run @ pc4000 speeds DDR500 @ 2.5-3-2-0 and run PC3200 DDR 400 @ 2-3-2-0!

I love my Corsair 3200, but I think OCZ makes the better top-line pc4000 modules. I'd say get the GSkill or some of that nice Mushkin..
