RAM for new system

Okay, I'm finally building a new system - it's been a while. I'm basically (yup, I'm a geek) starting from scratch. I've got my Opty 146 CABYE in my hot little hands. Case (Cooler Master Praetorian 730 Silver) is on it's way, as is the MB (A8N32-SLI). I'm currently running an AthlonXP-M 2500+ @ 2.5GHz on an A7N8X-Deluxe Rev. 2.0 (volt-modded). Watercooling supplied by Corsair (HydroCool 200ex). Back in May of '03 I picked up a Gig of this Corsair CMX512-3500C2 stuff (BH5) and I've been using it ever since @ 2-2-2-5 stock voltage.

So, my question for you RAM Guru's is:

I'm definitely looking for 3GHz out of my Opty. Is there anything out there that would significantly outperform these sticks? How about 2 Gigs worth? Or am I better off just pumping more voltage through these boys and seeing what happens? BTW, $ is no object and I use my rig for gaming almost exclusively.
