Default Dremel EZ Lock

I just started buying EZ Lock blades for my Dremel.

http://www.mytoolstore.com/dremel/ez406.html

You have to buy the special adapter for them, but they are FAR better than reinforced blades. One EZ Lock blade lasts as long as 3 or 4 reinforced blades used to last. I highly recommend them. This is coming from someone who's constantly cutting something with my dremel.

I was thinking about getting them.. But now since someone has them and likes them, I think I'll get'em when I run out of my regular cut off disks

I've been using them for a couple weeks now and I'm very impressed with the EZ Lock system and new cutting discs. The first EZ Lock disc I got was slightly bent (the metal housing on the middle), but still worked fine although a bit annoying to attach. All of the other EZ Lock discs were fine.

I also purchased a large pack (15 or 20?, forgot) of the discs:

The reinforced cutting discs last longer than the old-school, non-EZ Lock discs. I'm not sure if this is just my experience or not, but all-around these discs are better.

Funny thing is, I think the sticker on each one really help the disks integrity.

hehe, possibly. Is it a sticker? I thought it was painted on like a silkscreen.

They're absolutely worth it for the extra cost.

I know they're better. I have at least 20 other blades still around, but I'm not gonna waste my time on them. EZ Lock blades are great. After crap loads of Mods, I've finally found the perfect dremel blade and that should be good enough for you too.

I feel that they are somewhat unbalanced and are good for coarse cutting jobs. I think it has to do with the spring load system. On stuff that requires more precision I use the good old reinforced cutting disks.
