Printable Fan Templates

Here is a set of printable fan templates you can use when measuring for fan placement as well as use as a guide for cutting and drilling holes. They were originally included with Jonny English's nice blow hole guide. I thought I would post them here for easier reference.

Keep in mind, some people (me, for one) have had to resize them slightly up or down. I had to resize down to 75% of original so that they would be the same size as the fans (80&120mm) I was putting in... Great tool, though!

If somebody could make a .pdf of them that's 1:1 for the sizes that each is supposed to be, it'd be easier for everybody to print them to exact size.

If you use these templates, let me save you a lot of trouble. In MSword insert the image and leave the image size at 100%. It turns out perfect. At first I tried 6.8" and 6.9" wide for the image but it comes out too small. Just leave it at 100% original pic size. Anyway, thanks a bunch. I just printed them out and I'm going to use them to cut out a clean 120mm hole in my wood case mod.

This would be better as a pdf - as LINUX doesn't really use MSWord (yeah, there are compatable programs so don't flame me for that...)

I agree with you, a pdf would be perfect for the templates because they always print the same size, as CplJam said. And cause pdf is universal. Sorry if I came off as a narrow-minded windows user, I just havent been sucked into the geek's paradise of the linux world just yet (plan to when I have the time

)

Btw for your avitar or sig, I have an animated gif msn butterfly I made with my 1337 photoshop imageready skills

. I could give it to you and u could have the linux penguin dude like shooting a rpg at it or somethin...
