New Distro!

The creaters of Unbuntu have come out with a new Distro, Xubuntu!

Im going to try it out, It looks promising.

That looks pretty cool. I'll have to try it out on an old PC.

One thing I already like about it is the color scheme. I've always hated Ubuntu's browns and reds.

Theres also Damn Small Linux, its 50MB in size

Not really new, it's Ubuntu with XFCE rather than Gnome (Like Kubuntu is KDE). I remember beta testing it back in April, I wish they used the SVN version of XFCE because it's a lot better, it comes with Thunar which is a great file manager.

It looks very...Simple. I tried xubuntu, and its Ok. Not my flavor, too simple, not enough stuff like Knoppix.

That desktop looks like Blackbox/Fluxbox or one of it's variations. Still, very lightweight, very slick.
