Linux Information Guide

Well as I'm just starting to use Linux I'm finding everything very confusing, there are a million and one different distro's and i don't have a clue what the difference are and i'm even more puzzled abou how the hell to use Linux.

Luckily I've come across this which seesm to be all the information you could ever need to get you started, just thought other people might find it handy as well.

I've been skimming through there, and there's some good information, not just for noobs! Thanks a ton for the link! I'm reading the book on Xen virtualization now.

Oh, and don't forget your *primary* source of information... PCApex!

I followed the link and have started the downlaod but 2.9GB on my connection will take a while as It usually maxes out at 110Kb/s.

That looks like an ace guide cheers again for another great link.

have you tried http://distrowatch.com/ ?
They have all the news on the distros and links to the sites..

Also if you need some pdf books to read.. I have a TON of them.. Thats how I have been learing and they are all free.
