I was wondering if any of you are running it and if you can run it off of a usb flash drive.
I want to use usb because i do not want to partition my disk

First off what are you trying to do exactly, just get a OS to run on top of Windows?

Thats pretty simple, just install CoLinux to C:\CoLinux, download a filesystem image (as I said I use Fedora and Debian) then point your default.colinux.xml file to the image. (Open it with Notepad)

E.g. mine,

block_device index="0" path="\DosDevices\c:\coLinux\Debian-3.0r2.ext3-mit-backports.1gb.bz2" enabled="true"

Once thats done, just run colinux-daemon.exe from a console window with these flags:

"-c default.colinux.xml"

E.g. mine, "C:\coLinux\colinux-daemon.exe -c default.colinux.xml".

If thats not what you wanted I have no idea what you're on about
