| Are you planning on Overclocking this? DFI makes the best OC board for NF-4 The Patriot memory is OK, I would get the next level up from Patriot or PQI turbo that has the Samsung TCCD chips though (Rated at 2-2-2-5) Samsung TCCD is rated for use at PC3200 speeds and tight timings, and will run 500FSB (PC4000) with loose timings | ||

| I need to Confirm with email |
$95 seems a tad on the expensive side for anything made by Chenming. $5 more could get you a much higher quality Antec version of the same design with a high quality Antec power supply included (should outperform the Rosewill, even though its only 430 watt). For around the same quality as Chenming, you can get a great case from Cooler Master for probably around $50 too (the design of the Chenming case you want is really overdone, Cooler Master has some cases that are really a breath of fresh air). | that the thing is tho that, that chenming case is $95 with shipping included if you didnt know and i already had some ideas for what i wanted to do as far as my theme. the thing is that i also dont really like the way the cooler master cases look i kinda want to have a case that also just looks nice. Plus i want the case to be extra roomy so i get good airflow and then when i make the jump to water cooling have no restriction with the 1/2 tubing.......... those are my thoughts | ||

| Not bad at all but really what are you going to be using it for? As far as a game rig goes you may want a vid card and a faster processor like the 35-+ series differnet cores BTW. A video card is a big deal so consifor one, and if your like me you gotta have that sweet soundcard and 6.1 sound system. But if this just going to be a base system then it should work fine for ya. Welcome to PR | ||

| Absolutley that psu rocks i have one the cable managment alone is reason enough to go with ultra i paid 72.72 W/shipping from tigerdirect for mine also i may be a noob too but from what ive experienced your only as fast as your slowest link in the chain id go with a cheaper case maybe some slightly lower quality ram but double it to 1gb dual channel if you can Ive got corsair value select 3,3,3,5 for 98 from new egg burner drives are getting cheap so look out and you might be able to get a dvdrw16x dual format dual layer for bout50-60 on sale unless all your looking for is to burn cd's real slowly and between me an my friends ive got a ath xp 3200+ and it keeps right up there with my friends a 64 3000 and i paid bout 70 less for my mobo+cpu but that may have to do with the fact that im runnin all my fsb's at 400 while his boards @ 1600 and his rams @333 xms pro 2,2,2,5 1gb dual channel pluss he paid way too much for the xms in my opinion it wasent worth 220 for the kit especialy when its pc2700 and ive got value select for less than half , dang for less than he paid for the 1 kit of xms I could get another gig an max out my board so i guess you have to compare quality with price for the best bang for your buck my total was 750 for all ive got you can see for yourself my bud also oc's his mines fresh out of the boxes totaly stock runs a lot cooler and cant even tell a diff with doom 3 havent tried anything else yet and if there were any programs that actualy make good use of the 64 cpu's capabilities this would be a diffrent story but right now i personaly think a64's an fx 53/55 arnt worth the high price tag yet.. course im a decendant of the queen of all jews, my grandma she could pinch a penny so hard lincoln's nose would squirt out a booger.. | ||
