Default Desktop Clock

Hi everybody. New to this forum, refered by my roomate (Cyno01), i was looking for clock software to throw up on my other monitor while i'm playing CS:S. He said he saw something like that on some desktop thread, but hes a lazy bastard and told me to find it myself. Big analog style clock for the desktop type deal. Anybody got a link?

Yup. We have a microwave, but it loses 5 minutes every week, he doesnt have a watch, his alarm clock is up by his bed and mine is tucked in a corner where he cant see it. Plus yeah, its cool.

I have a big blue-neon analog clock. it doesnt get much cooler than that.

Have you looked at konfabulator? http://www.konfabulator.com/ Its a little prettier than the thing Napalm posted, but im sure it takes a little more resources. Hopefully it wont steal away from CS's 32mb heapfile

Edit: oh, source. 128 then.

One area that I like to use to customise my whole computer destop, boot screen, logon, and more is on a site called http://www.stardock.com/

It cost a little money, but its worth it.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but saw no need to create a new one.

Yahoo! acquires Konfabulator

Yahoo! Inc (YHOO.O). on Monday will announce the acquisition of Konfabulator, a Macintosh and Windows application that allows users to run mini files known as Widgets on their desktop -- the same model used by Apple for its Dashboard application. Yahoo! company executives said they would also be giving Konfabulator away for free, completely doing away with the US$19.95 currently charged for the product.

Yahoo! said the reason they purchased Konfabulator was that they wanted an easy way to open up its APIs to the developer community and allow them easy access to the information on the Yahoo! Web site. In doing this, Widgets could be built without having to scrape sites in order to get information.

Could pull a J.Lo-wannabe, and put in a false bottom. I cut a piece of aluminum just smaller than the bottom of my case; I'm planning on mounting it on standoffs a half-inch or so above the real bottom and running wires underneath. Maybe even cutting out a small design in the center and backlighting it.

Yeah, but theres still a fan wire runniing down from the side panel to the bottom. Theres no way around having it in the window so i just ran it straight to the fan controler.

Oh, ok, I was picturing the blowhole being in metal -- yeah, if it's in the plexi, it's a little hard to hide!
