How can i save data when visiting the same pages over and over?

My neighbour shares my internet connection and since the holidays have started the kids have sucked about 5gb of data in a day watching youtube and other videos and flash animations over and over.

how can i set up their PC so that if they want to watch it again, it takes it from the cache and not draw data all over again???

You could make the size of the temporary internet files folder larger (that is if you are using IE).

They are using IE, and i can increase the temp file folder. I know i can set IE so that it accesses a page from the cache but dont Youtube and many similar sites insist that the page is reloaded and not accessed from the cache?t
