Internet At large Getting Hit?

Ok, al gore playing an april fools joke on the world shutting off the internet? This is getting ridiculous. Last night everything from AOL (aim, icq, winamp stuff) was down (anyone know if AOL the ISP was down too?). This morning AIM was still screwed up, had to reinstall and tweak trillian a couple of times to get it back up, then download.com was down, so was symantecs website. Resnet here has been crapping out on people all day. People've been getting kicked outa CSS and HL2 all day, my buddy cant stay on WoW for more than 5 minutes. There some new worm or something thats hitting EVERYTHING, hard? Anybody in the know know whats going on?

I had AIM on since 11 p.m. and experienced no issues. I haven't heard any reports about new virii either.

Haven't had any probs besides my cellphone internet doesnt work.,,

I have CS:S and HL2, but i beat HL2 and play normal CS. So no input on that issue from me. All i can tell you is that AIM never shut down on me... i say go to network connections, click on your connection, and hit repair.

All ten of the CoH servers are down except for Pennicle...(the one no one plays on)...

My internet was down from 1am to 10:30ish.

Im Eau Claire, WI and I didnt notice anything besides that I couldnt cancel my Live account. I got offline by 11:30 though...

my internet has been working fine for the most part... last night from midnight till 5 am this morning internet was out in my whole dorm but that was expected and announced to us in advance, they were installing new fiber optic cables. bastards took out the tv too tho, and it was a boring night......
