Baking Up FF Extentions, Themes and Bookmarks

How do I Back up Everything in Firefox such as the book marks, themes and extentions? Is There a way?

EDIT: OMG...I just relized I had Baking Up instead of Backing up...sometimes i dont look at the keyboard..my bad..

Heres the path to all your unique mozilla data:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla
I just copy my entire Application Data folder to a secndary HDD. Note that Local Settings and App Data are hidden folders that must be un-hidden by going to Tools>Folders>View>Show Hidden Folders. GL, glad to be of your service, and your welcome for asking!

sadly..I checked there and the folder wasnt there O.o
