Pick up a well known brand of any 802.11g router and you should be OK. I use Microsoft at home and have no problems but have used Netgear and Motorola stuff before with no issues. You can get the Motorola stuff from Wal-Mart if you dont want to order - otherwise hit www.newegg.com for your stuff,

Basically any wireless router is good for gaming. Your bandwidth is maybe 2mb/s and your router runs at 22mb/s or 54mb/s. So the bottleneck would be from your modem, not the router.

I would suggest going with X-Micro, I did a review on there 108mb/s model, which can be found here.

you would need a wireless bridge made for going from ethernet to wireless, or you can buy one that is made for gaming systems such as the one microsoft makes for their xbox, I have the microsoft wireless 54g router and it performs very well i'd reccomend it, you just gotta make sure things like your phone and other signals arent going to interfere with it,
