So for safety sake, I've been making phpbb backups for my site, right before I decided to make any changes.

Once I get the site fully working, I don't want to have to make a backup everday manually.

Is there a way to have my site create a backup automatically each day?

Also, something went wrong with my site awhile ago, forcing me to start over. I assume it had something to do with php, but I would not let me post, giving me an error message like this "You cannot make posts right after another, please wait". I checked the post timer, and set it to 10. I waited much longer than 10 seconds, but alas, the same error message.

I reloaded the saved database before the incident, but it didn't fix it. Because the message re-occured even after a database reload, I'm not sure if this was a problem with just php, phpbb, mysql, or a combination of all or some of those.
