Protecting Cookies

Is there any way to protect certain cookies from never being deleted? I like clearing out my cookies, but the cookies to my computer forums I'd like to keep around. That would prevent me from having to login every time I visit.

Hmmm I have never tried it but it might work... have you ever tried to write protect the cookie itself? Right click the cookie and change the properties for it, etc?

Norton System Works has a cookie manager that allows you to save cookies until you unlock them, but you could probably find a third party utility that would do it as well.

I protect my cookies by keeping them out of reach of small children.
