switched from dsl to comcast cable internet, need wireless help

I had a Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router hooked up and working great with dsl, but recently just switched to cable internet(comcast) and i dont know how to get the wireless working. Any tips?

Have you cleared out the DSL settings from your router? Cable internet typically runs off of DHCP. While DSL has you at least enter a username and sometimes has some static IP/gateway/dns information.
If that doesn't work you may need to clone the mac address of the computer you initially connected to Comcast with. I remember exactly where the option is but it has worked for me in a few locations.

thanks the info, i cant figure out how to get into the router settings, i forgot how.

try to type 192.168.0.1 in browser window... thats usually the router address

Edit:You should do this from wired computer...
