Default ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe OC Help

I finaly ordered my new ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe Motherboard so I can oc this bad boy. (Will be here Wed this week) I took screens of all the tabs using CPU-Z with my Intel mobo. Any ideas on what you guys think I should change these settings in the bios too when my ASUS mobo comes in I would appreciate it very much (Memory timings etc..). Also from the low FSB im getting I would like to get your opinions on if I need to replace the whole Proccesor or will I be fine once I OC? (IM A n00b) Did have this posted in Mobo's / CPU but didnt seem to get much attention so I moved it here . Thanks Guys

Your CPU is fine, but the memory is not realy good for Overclocking, but not too bad.
That is not much of a problem if you use a ram divider.

I have to run, sorry I don't have time for more...

Well with the P4P800-E I was able to oc my 3.0E socket 478 to 3.6 GHz. Some of the new ASUS mobos have a thing called AI-OC, and can OC for you with out having to change settings by your self.

**UPDATE**
Ok i Installed new mobo with no problems on startup, Installed all drivers from the cd..... but can not figure out how to oc this bad boy. I go into bios and the frequencies are locked just like before. Also I tryed to install the Asus Update program and it says "asus mobo not detected on this cpu. Installation Aborted."
and when it scans the cpu at startup its says "No Drive Connected To The Fast Track Connector" but still boots fine. It also says that it has the AI Overclocker but have no idea where to find it. The only programs it installed for me to open is the PC Probe. Any Help Here Would Be VERY much appreciated.

Thanks

*EDIT*
Found the AI Overclocking Feature In Bios. I OCd by 5% which took me to 3.15 GHz you guys have any idea why my Aquamark3 score dropped from 67,000 with my old intel mobo to 47,000 with the ASUS?

Default update

*UPDATE...again*

Ok installed omegadrivers and went back up to a 62,953 score in Aquamark3.(Proving OmegaDrivers make a hell of a difference ) (was 61,930 i was wrong because I uninstalled omega and went with nvidia drivers before i ran test with new mobo) I also enabled the turbo option in bios. Had to unclock the cpu because it was failing even 5% oc's on startup. All I have is stock 3.0 heatsink so its way way too hot, ill replace that and get heat spreaders for my memory soon. But still would like like to know why it says No Drive Connected To FastTrak Controller and what FastTrak even does if you guys know. Oh and do you have any idea why Asus Update does not detect an Asus mobo on my pc?

Ok...

You memory may be holding you back, at minumum, you need to raise the voltage to 2.8v and set timings at 3-4-4-8 to see if you can get it to OC.

Turning on the Turbo option is the WRONG thing to do with that memory when trying to increase the FSB, timings need to be "Loose" as metioned above, you went "Tight" (Probably 2-3-3-6)

Try playing with the timings in windows using CBID.

http://cbid.amdclub.ru/

You can bypass that OC stuff from ASUS and try Clock Gen

http://www.cpuid.org/clockgen.php

And don't forget to grab CPUZ and post some pics!

CBID website says its for AMD. But check out the temp on my proccesor under no load.

im thinkn this mobo atuomaticly adjusted the core voltage either that or it has been running this damn hot since the get go. I guess im pretty much at a stand still untill I get a new heatsink in here.

hey reload,,
one of my rigs run's a p4 3.0 on the p4c800e deluxe,,it has run extremely well for me,,,,
case is modified 1040,,with 7 case fans,,stock cpu fan and sink...i built this with tech help here at PR..
as we speak, i have been watching this two year old run most days at 10% ai-oc(3.30),,the temp during this heat wave has stayed around 120f,,folding 24/7...am building another based on same board,,,
it has been one of the most trouble free rigs ever...i paired mine with 2g ocz,,,now it has a sapphire radeon
9600 pro/128mb....made a really solid rig....it plays comanche 64 oc'd to 15%(3.47) without a
hiccup...
Winterhawk

ps: good memory helps,,,been through a few combinations..

FastTrak is that extra ata133 BLUE connection at the very bottom of the MOBO .... near the 2 red sata connections .... (fasttrak manages to wethere you want the PATA or the SATA active) you can go into the bios and disable this message since by default bios checks if theres any drives attached to this channels ....

Yea I got my temps down to about 52c on full load and 42c idle (oc'ed at 3.6, 20%) with the Vapochill micro heatsink with a pos fan on the heatsink but I will probaly improve temps by about 5c when I get better fan. I was having a problem with my stock heatsink not making a good connection to the CPU. My next step will be to replace this crap corsair memory with some premium ram. Thanks for the info
