Question overclocking p4p800-vm

I cant overclock my new mb. There is no overclocking utilility in the bios. People have suggested clockgen. I tried to install it but it gets a error (loading driver). How do i get clock gen working. I dont like cpufsb.

I have the P4P800 version of the mobo(atx not mATX) Go into the bios and then go into the "Advanced" tab. Then go to the "Jumper Free Configuration" then select "AI overclock tuner" and press enter then select manual. From there you can overclock.

What bios do you have and what revision. Maybe try updating it to the newest version.

Do you maybe got a Dell or HP etc.. type of pc?

because any of those you wont be able to overclock it , because they're using special Bios so you wont overclock your pc (warranty) not even jumpers on board to do it.

As a final resort you can get AI booster from asus. Basically you overclock through wndows. It also has limited options.
