Default Mobile celeron

I wanted to get some opinions on a little experiment I am planning (well I'm gonna do it anyway but I wanted to see what you all thought).

Some of you may have read a project I started a while back where I put a Mobile P4 in a desktop board and with a pin mod was able to reach 2.6Ghz (from an original 1.8Ghz Cpu, limited by speedstep down to a 12x multi)

I have decided to look into the possibility of using a Mobile Celeron. Well I just bought one off ebay for about $40. Its a 2.4Ghz. By breaking the Pin BSEL0, the mobo should read the cpu as a 133 FSB, this would in theory reach 3.192Ghz (since the mobile celeron's didn't have speedstep)

I have no idea if this will work but I wanted to see what you guys thought and if there was anything I should look out for. I am really hoping to at least reach a 3ghz cpu so even if I drop the FSB to 125 this should be achievable.

Cooling shouldn't be a problem as I have a Zalman CNPS-7000B CU on the way, or if that won't meet the muster then I've always wanted to build my own water cooling unit.

UPDATE:

Well it worked! I had the CPU running stable at 3.4GHZ yesterday. I think there's a little room for improvement but I am a little concerned that the Core voltage is hovering around the 1.66v and as this is the northwood core. Do you think it will be ok?

Secondly I wondered if someone could help me with this: Is performance on a northwood celeron with 256k cache running at 24x140 FSB better or a northwood P4 with 512k cache running at 12x200 better??

I do mostly video editing and DVD creation so which is better, raw Ghz or a higher FSB?

Cheers

HT
