First, don't turn anything up.

By this I mean don't just crank it up to what you hope it might take.

Voltage is always last, you bump up voltage to stabalize the electronic signal.

All you have to do is start increasing the HClock frequency for the processor by the smallest increment available. If it boots, fine, run a benchmark to test for stability. If it completes the benchmark, bump it up another notch and repeat. If it boots, but fails to make it thru the benchmark test, then it is not currently stable. At this point you can try to increase the VCore by the smallest possible increment. If this fixes the problem and you can complete the benchmark, fine, continue on in the same manner.

If bumping up the VCore does not stabalize the system, then you may have run into a different limitation like the RAM, or some part of the PCI Bus, or AGP bus.

I hope this helps, if you knew some or most of this, then please don't feel offended, I don't know how much you already know about this stuff

Yup, that's just the type of benchmark you need.

And one other thing, make sure the video card isn't overclocked. Fool with OCing the vid card after you have the rest of the system OC'd and still happy.
