| So my IDE drive blew up on me over the xmas break and I bought a 120gb SATA drive. Problem is when I OC my board even from 200 to 202 I lose the HDD. Doesn't show in the bios, won't detect..nuthin...and yes I have the latest Bios update and all that... Anyone experience smilar issues with SATA drives? | ||

| I've experienced the same thing with that board. Try pluging in the SATA drive into the ICH5 controller (SATA port 1 and 2) , because ICH5 isn't affected by the overclock because its built into the 875p chipset. Thats what solved it for me, I would recommend giving it a try. | ||
