| Apex Tech Fanatic Supreme | We would need to know some more information about your computer such as what memory you have, cooling (what are your current temps), and power supply. If your other components are good, this chip should be able to OC quite a bit :btw, stop posting in old threads ![]() Last edited by danbanger; 01-February-05 at 04:39 AM.. | |

| One piece of advice.. If this is your main rig then be very careful about Oc'ing if you are new to it. The rule I have found is to always increase by a little and then load test the rig to see if it can handle it. If you suffer instability then reduce your OC until it is stable again. Good luck | ||

Any memory with Samsung TCCD inside, wich can run low latency timings (2-2-2-5) at 400FSB or with relaxed timings, run 500FSB PQI Turbo is realy good, Patriot (PDP) also makes good semi budget stuff. OCZ, Mushkin, and others make memory with the same Samsung chips, but are higher priced. http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...141-148&depa=0 Most people hit around 3.4-3.6ghz on Intel with good air cooling BTW | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
