Performance Issues

Here lately my computer has been acting up. I have not been getting the performance I used to get on games.

Even after a fresh new install of xp, I'm still running into issues.

Idk if its my memory settings or what but I just took a scrn shot of cpu-z

My memory is OCZ Flex II XLC PC2-9200

My motherboard is the ASUS p5E x38

Now I see that it shows my memory as PC2 6400, shouldnt it be 9200?

so I just restored settings to default and I will work from there:
