Try something software for now!! Trying a bios flash is risky if you are not sure of what your doing! And you could kill your board if flashed to the wrong bios! And since its a dell im not to sure but i dont think your going to find a hacked/cracked bios for it! Sorry bro!

They do make some apps that allow Small overclocking! But then your stock with voltage and so on and so on!

You could pick up a core 2 mobo and chip really cheap now a days!! Take a look!

Just my $.02, go with a Northwood core if your staying with the P4s. Them Pressies get quite toasty

I would advise against the bios flash unless you've got the cash to spend if it fails.
Odds are it won't work as you plan.

Overclocking software = ClockGen, or your motherboard utilities, if they exist (which they won't with a Dell).

ClockGen 1.0.5.3 Download - EXTREME Overclocking

You'll have to find (probably by trial and error) which clock chip your motherboard uses, and then ClockGen can adjust it. But there's no overvoltage control, so you're pretty much stuck with low speeds.
