I've been giving him a few pointers in another thread on his AM-2 6000+

ran super pi , but at 3.7 it crapped out tho i got it to 3.8+

thats with a stock IntHELL HS lol

up next is my 4200+ X2 (MSI 7260 , 1gb 800Mhz Corsair XMS2 )

Here's my best on my P4 540 , even tweaked the voltages on everything , chips , dimms , cpu..... Thanks to Necro for ALL yer help Bro. I been readin' tons the last few days while i was layed up.

. been tryin V, multi , and about to mess with memory. Currently set at 3-3-3-8 (2x1gb kingstons )

Which Kingston memory is it? If it is HyperX you should be able to pull tighter timings (like 2-2-2-11 or 2-2-2-7) up to about 380 rated FSB.

Edit: Also, get a program called 8rdavcore for a bit of extra in-Windows tweaking at the top end.
PM me if you can't find it.

Edit2: With a stock HSF you prolly won't get much higher

I dont think its heat holdin me back , cuz i check in "pc health" every time i go to BIOS and at its hottest it was 44c.

I check that prog out , an if i still havin fits I'll hit ya up
