MSI 945p neo3-f OCing?

I have resently been given as a gift a MSI 945p Neo3-f mobo. I seen on newegg that this board has mixed reviews about OCing a E6600. I was wondering if its possible to get atleast an OC of 3.4, if not higher on a watercooled rig and if it was easy to do? If not, this seems like a great mobo for OCing, Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

I doubt you'll get that high with an E6600 on a 945P board. They suck for O/Cing. It'll probably do 270-300 MHz FSB. The DS3 would do the trick though.
