Smile help me build a $930-940 rig

good day.
im from the philippines.
could you help me build my rig?
i have a $930-940 dollars budget.
what specifications could you refer to me
based on my budget.
mobo's that are available here are
asus,gigabyte,msi,intel,ecs, foxconn
memory available here are
kingston, kingmax, apacer, team extreem, geil, corsair, pqi
based on the processor, i would prefer the e4300 because
based on the reviews that i have read, you can overclock
it easily because of its 9x multiplier.
thank you very much for your time.
you may e-mail me at bjefabella@gmail.com

E4300 C2D $163 ($133 after april 13th)
Gigabyte DS3 ~$140-$160
2GB of any typeof DDR2 ram, all depending on you Overclocking experience ~$150-$400
A case that will hold it all ~$50-$100
A WD Raptor or two ~$200-$400
A OCZ PSU ~$120-$190
whatever type of media drive you want (add cost here)

$820 on the low side, if you go with the stuff i mentioned. A lessexpensive HDD would lower the cost a bit.

Just rough estimates, thinking about uild one myself...

Newegg.com - BUFFALO Firestix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

The stuff s1ugh34d recommended is good. Though don't bother with Raptor's if your on a budget, just get something like a 250GB drive.

Oh yeah, I just assumed he'd be American... Team Group then, I don't reckon anyone will know about prices in the philippines.
