| If THIS is the manual that you have, it seems pretty straight forward to me. Theres always something that may stump you in these manuals though. If you're worried you might break something or you really just dont know what you're doing, I'd suggest you have someone show you how its done in person. If you really need help here though, I'd need to know what processor type you are using that for and it would help to see a picture of the socket on the motherboard. | ||

| Apex Techie Lite | what do you make face? you mean as in, make sure the fan is facing the back and ram, not the powersupply and video card? and yeah, im afraid about the metal bar im also afraid about my wires hitting the heatsink lollike since mine is vertical, i gotta stick the metal in the middle through the side.. between which 2 pipes do i put the thing in? i cant put it direct in the middle since theres a pipe in the middle..since theres 3 total lol | |

in the manual it looks like you put it between the two pipes closest to the front of the heatsink | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Zalman CNPS9500 LED There's a photo halfway down the page that shows the correct direction the fan should be facing. There is also a flash animation that you could watch, just click on the installation movie picture next to the photos of the fan at the top of the page. | ||
