Best all around CPU cooler

After looking at many reviews of CPU coolers i cant seem to make up my mind. I have a socket 775 3.0 ghz processor that i oc'd to 3.5 ghz. Idle it sits at about 40 degrees but when i game it rises to over 70 degrees and closes the game. I need a cooler that has a balance of performance and quietness Please help me to find a cooler based on your opinions and reviews.

Tuniq Tower
Scythe Ninja
Scythe Mine
Thermalright Ultra 120
Noctua NH-U12
Thermaltake Big Typhoon
Zalman 9xxx (9500-9700, silent good solution)

This is a good chart, shows coolers performance vs. noise level and shows fan speed

note: abot frosty tech, they seem to do reviews wiht different fnas, and this causes confusion over nosie from any heatsink, Most newer heatsink for silence (especially noted Noctua) dont ship out with fans, an aftermarket fan is needed to get any sort of good high performance out of certain heatsinks

I personnally like the Scythe Ninja, Scythe Mine, and Noctua NH-U12.

I just got the new version of the Thermaltake Big Typhoon, and its amazing. It's keeping my temps at 33* C under a full load right now as compared to 39* C with my stock AMD heatsink.

Thermalright Ultra-120 or the Titan Amanda TEC cooler. Noctua NH-U12 is also very good.

If you have the room for one of those. They are all very large coolers.

I'd really like one of those Tuniq Towers, but I'd need a lot of dough and a bigger case.
