| OK so i have a little shuttle that i just love! However the thing only has one 60mm fan and it's so noisy i can't sleep with on. I don't seem to have a heat problem at all, i'm running a Via chip. What can i do to cut down the noise? I'm starting to lose my hearing. | ||

| grab a stealth fan like godzilla said ,if there is any of the drilled out holes protecting the fan cut those out and replace it with a wire grill protector, and add some rubber grommets between the fan and case ,you can get those at a hardware store ....that should get you a good nights sleep | ||

| Well i tossed in the rubber washers. It has helped some but i'm thinking i need to switch to a vantec stealth as well. As for the Dynamat, would that up my temps? There isn't much room to play around with in there. also there is no where near enough room to put in an 80/92mm addaptor and fan, saddly. Thanks for the idea though Buzz! Oh and btw Maverick... it's she, not he. | ||
