Cooler for a socket 754

Any recommendations on a socket 754 CPU heatsink/fan? Looking to stay $40>, I already have a cartridge of AS5 for it

Well, I would suggest the Thermaltake Volcano 12 or Venus 12... they are practically the same HSF. I bought a Venus 12 when I built my rig over a year ago and didn't have a problem with it. It kept my AMD64 3000+ at or below 41C even at load.

Thanks for all the suggestions! That blue Zalman one would look soo awesome in my case ( Mirror X-Connect with tons of blue UV stuff
