if ever a hsf could be sexy, then thats it...a little pricey, but you get what you pay for in performance, reliability and style. (i sound like a zalman rep, i know...)

Also check out the Asetek Vapochill Micro and the Thermalright XP-90, XP-120. All good choices wether you're on a budget or not.

Well we have simillar rigs. And I use the 7700 al-cu (pimprigs most well know and respected overclocker, Necro, also uses this heatsink) keeps my processor 45c load. Fine with me. They really dont make THAT much heat.

What Thrash allready posted.

I am cooling my room heater (Intel 630 3GHz@3.75GHz) with a Thermalright XP-90 with an Enermax 92mm fan. Works for me...and for them - (a review that uses the same cooling setup I have)

Some ideas;
Silverstone NT02
Scythe Shogun/Ninja
Scythe NCU 2500
Thermalright SI120
Thermaltake Sonic Tower
Sunbeam Tuniq Tower
Areocool GT-1000

I love the Zahlman coolers, in fact, there is one in my system now...
What I like about the ones I mentioned is that you are free to choose your own fan...
