| Apex Techie Lite | my MSI Neo2-P Platinum Editon doesn't seem to give really effecient cooling from the stock heatsink....which is usually 40C Idle and 47C Full Load.... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130450 that's the mobo I have... so far the Cooler I use is a Zalman 7000B Series.... I'm afriad that a different NB Cooler won't fit... | |

| Unless you have stability issues or are unable to get a high enough overclock I would leave it as it is. If you MUST change it/modify it, try strapping a 40mm fan on the side of the chipset heatsink (zip ties would work fine IMHO) and see if that makes a difference. You could also go down the H2O path... ![]() | ||
