Need help on remounting IntelÂ® 865PE Chipset heatsink

I have a motherboard that has a heat sink on the chip on the board but it came off I was wondering what i would use to put it back on there is no holes in board to place a bracket on it so i need to know what kind of compound I would use to put it back on i am no good at soldering so that is out of the question myself i would prolly burn the board thanks for your help in adavance

Motherboard The motherboard Make is Intel Desktop D865GBF/D865PERC

I am also putting a p4 1.6 in the board and some one told me it should not matter to much if that was the only cpu i was putting in it

thermal epoxy would be the ticket here if your talking about the chipset heatsink....

yes that is what i am talking about it was soldered on but the person who had the board before me said it came off when hr was moving where would i be able to buy some thermal epoxy from if you know thanks for your quick response also

dont know where to buy it in canada, but here is some good stuff if you can find it. it has links to canadian stores under where to buy....here
