Thermaltake Volcano 9 fan replacement help

I have a Thermaltake Volcano 9 heatsink/fan on my AMD 2500. It does a great job keeping things cool, but it doesn't match anything in my case. The overall theme of my case is black aluminum with uv reactive blue components on the inside. Quite frankly a bright orange fan just isn't working out for me lol. Anyway, what I need to find is fan that is 80mm, is blue UV reactive (preferably no leds, but can if I can't find one without), and runs at 4800 rpm to replace it. I've looked and just can't seem to find one with all that I want. I don't care what kind of grill it has because I already have a custom one to replace it with. If anybody can help me, that'd be great.

Best bet would be to paint it.

what kind of paint would I use, where would I get it, and where could I find and guide for painting a fan correctly?

Awesome find! That's the closest thing I've seen so far. It's even the same brand as my other fan so I know it'll be just as good. I am definitely going to buy this. Thanks for the help!

(by the way, do you think the blue leds will look ok while being surrounded my blue UV cables, pci fans, etc.??)

Yea, Blue and UV seem to work pretty well together in my opinion
