Default Bought Zalman 7000B-Cu but no mounting holes on mobo

I just bought a zalman 7000b-cu cooler and it hits me... I dont have mounting holes around my CPU. is there a socket a adapter where you dont need the mounting holes for this cooler?

If you are using the Lanparty NFII board like your sig says it wont work. It is not on the compatability list. It needs the 4 mountings holes.

zalman, 7000 or 7700 is not compatible with a sock A/370 board

I guess that's why it doesn't fit my Shuttle AN35/N socket A/462 mobo...

Oh wait it does. and works good too..

It works with the DFI lanparty NFII

Well it will work for sure if he gets the NFII Ultra Infinity.. Might work with the Ultra-AI

The early versions (Rev A) of the DFI LP NF-2 did not have the mounting holes, one of the reasons I neer gave it a serious look when it first came out.

Also, it only had a max of 2.8v for memory voltage, the Rev B. has 3.3v
