Are these fans any good? Need info.

Does anyone have any info. about these fans? I was thinking of ordering a few but bgmicro doesnt even know the cfm on them.

No info here....but comparing it's 5100 rpm to a 92mm Tornado's 4800 rpm means it must be:
A.) Loud as all hell.
B.) Push alot of air. (The Tornado is rated for 119 CFMs....so somewhere in that area would be my guess.)

Also, if it is manufactured by Delta (I'm guessing it's the same Delta commonly associated with axial fans used in computers) it is coming from a tried and true source.......plus it has LED's, man, L-E-freakin-D's. What more could you ask for, for $4.99? Let us know what you think if you get them.

Doesn't the angle of the fan blades also reflect how much CFM it push besides RPMs? Please let us know about the results of the fan when it arrives on your doorstep.

Google the product number and it comes up as a fan assembly for a dell poweredge 4600. 120 cfm sounds about right. You building a hover craft?

Hey thats not a bad idea. Ive got a few ideas for these fans.

I just checked my e-mail and they shipped these out this morning. Here is the funny part. I told them I wanted to pay using pay-pal and they said they would send me a money request. They never sent it and still shipped out the fans. They already left the UPS facility in Texas. Sweeeeeeet !!!

Im still going to pay them of course.

Yeah, I'm interested to see what you do with them too.. even though I don't like loud fans, it's interesting to see other people use them from a distance. As long as they're out of earshot.
