| Zenn use a little trick that makes them easy to remove, unlike the thermal epoxy. He puts a thin coat AS-5 in the center of the die, and leaves the corners bare, and puts a drop of Superglue on each one. Makes life easier if you ever needed to remove them for RMA purposes, or for later use on another rig ![]() | ||

| I'd recommend Arctic Alumina Epoxy instead of Arctic Silver Epoxy. Even though it's not as good as AS, it's not electrically conductive (no fried chips if something goes wrong) and it's almost half the price. | ||
