This would be the best in my opinion. If you want more cooling you could get the seperate fan. Don't really need it unless you're gonna oc like a mother.

Yeh the zalman will keep things quiet, but makes the card 3x wider which can affest anthing from memory installation to bening capacitors.

I recomend the VGA silencer from Artic:

or the Vantec Iceberg 4 Pro:

..this one combined with some decent or home made ransinks will do the trick.

Mat are you for real?
pried it off with a screwdriver?
sanded the glue off?
Dood, that's just not very wise...
I would put a coat of TIM on the GPU, get the old sink, put it back on and see if it's not a new video card that you need, seriously!

yes to all of the above. i am buying a new vid card http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...102-299&depa=1 an the Gforce ti4200 is for my girls pc. an when i sayd that stuff about prying it off. It wasnt like that at all but i did sand the glue of the gpu with some 280 sand paper very litely. the hsf that was on it is junk an the fan died so i cant really put it back on or i would. So i need a new one im going to go with http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...factory=BROWSE
