Server upgraded cooling advice

Hey folks it file server upgrade time!
My Current server is an Abit board with 1GB of ram and a AMD Sempron 2800+ and a case that is now to small, although when I bought it from GPN (Thanks again) I didn't think I would fill it.

So time to upgrade...

I have most of the parts I will need except for cooling.
Any recommendations on a pair of reasonably quiet heatsinks/fans, for the new rig?

The parts I currently have to swap into the new server are:

RAM: 1GB (4 x 256) of DDR 2100 CL2.5 ECC

CPU: 2 Intel Xeon 1.8Ghz (Intel® Xeon® Processor 1.80 GHz - SL6EL) I think the socket type is 604.

MOBO: a Tyan S2735

Case: is one of those rocketfish full towers from BB

This is all I could find for you but the downside is they might be noisy so I would recommend getting a fan controller but there is an option for just the heatsink itself so you could probably use some quiet fans.
