Chill Tec cooler

Has anyone ever heard of this cooler?
Ultra / ChillTec / Socket 939/775/AM2 / Thermal Electric CPU Cooler
Is it a good buy, and will it do the job? I don't realy plan to overclock the guts out of it, but I would like to OC it some.

Well it's made by Ultra and at that price I'm going to have to say, no, it's not worth it. If it was 1/2 that price I would still say the same thing.

Havent used it , but most all of those self contained W/C cpu coolers are junk and dont match up to regular air coolers
