Question Zalman Heatpipe and an All-In-Wonder...

I'm currently planing a system to be built first thing this summer and i'm wondering about passively cooling my GPU. I plan on buying a Radeon All-In-Wonder 9800 so i don't need to buy a tv for my dorm. The problem is, as much as i love AIW cards (three of my friends have them) the fans are somewhat noisy. This being for a dorm i want it as quiet as possible, so i'm wondering if anyone has had any experience installing a Zalman Heat Pipe Cooler on an all-in-wonder card. I'm specifically worried about it fitting becasue as you can see, there's a large tv tuner module taking up a good quarter of the card. Does anyone know if the cooler is high enough off the card to clear the tuner?
Also any comments or suggestions about the overall project would be appreciated.

I've heard of someone getting one of those heat pipe coolers to work. Not sure if it was the TT Giant or the Zalman though. Try doing a google search on it.

My Giant II doesn't QUITE have the clearance, but I'll bet you could do a bit of creative grinding...

I would rather go Zalman, cause I think they will fit...

And the 9600 AIW would make less heat too, so that may be an option if you're going for passive.

I'm doing the same thing, just to a 9800SE soft-mod card. I hate noise too.
