anyone know of any good chipset fans under $25 and 3'X3' case fans in the same price range?

with that heatsink if you don't use fan is it better than the stock chipset cooler that comes with the Abit NF7-S mobo?

I'm pretty sure that the NF7 line of chipset cooling sucks... mine has this annoying whine to it... I plan to get the Zalman soon (or the swifty WB, but thats more for style than performance....)

Good airlfow SHOULD make the Zalmn better than the stock

I just realized that it would probably not fit anyway because of my Zalman HSF would be in the way.
