Default aquagate or air?

im looking to get one of these Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER AQUAGATE VIVA RL-M4A-E7E1-GP Liquid Cooling System - Retail

im basicly looking for the best cooling on a budget.. now more then maybe 75 or so.. so that for the most part seems to leave full blown water cooling out of the picture. cant even find a kit for just a cpu for that cheap.

just wondering if any one used these and how it stacks up against air cooling. with most of the research ive done thse "pre made" kits say they arent that great. but this one seems alot better then the aquagate minis and the one the thermaltake makes.

also im getting a e4300 and msi p6n. i want to make sure it will fit onto that

thanks

Ditch the aquagate.
Those solutions rarely stack up to even mid range air cooling.

If you can't afford decent watercooling - you're better off with high end air - it performs almost as good anyway!

Save your cash and go with something like this:
Newegg.com - Thermaltake CL-P0310 120mm CPU Cooling Fan - Retail
perhaps put the extra money you saved towards a better fan

or this:
Noctua NH-U12F Ultra Quiet CPU Cooling Cooler
