120VAC LED Fans?

OK what I've got here is a 900watt kenwood reciever. The vents in It's top plate provide the perfect space to fit 3 120MM fans.

This guy Get's hot, real hot when cranked up to 25DB and beyond. Almost to the point where you can burn yourself on the plate.

This has me really worried as I don't want to burn it up It's a good reciever so I want to throw some fans on that top plate to blow down on all the components.

I don't however, want to have to rig up some fancy dancy inverter so do 120VAC LED fans exist? I've never seen them, but It's always nice to hope.

Ive never seen AC fans with Led's, but heres a link to some sweet 120VAC fans for ya.

To run leds on ac, you need an ac-ac transformer to drop it to the correct voltage. The led will only be on 50% of the time, so it may be dim. Other option is an ac-dc adapter.
