220 volts 5by5 inches fan vs 12 volts fan
which do u think of the two will have greater efficiency with regards to the cooling power.
if both has the same rpm.

Don't forget the pressure, thats a big part of efficiency as well. Now for the same RPM system, it also depends on the fan blade design, width of the fan, size of the fan (diameter), and power consuption. A 220v fan doesnt need 220v's to run, if it does a 12v conterpart, wouldn't run the same rpm. If you could give us a little more detail, we could probally help out a little more.

If they have the same rpm, and same blade geometry. There is no difference. Power draw will be of negligable difference as well.

Better yet link the fans. Most manufacturers supply head, power, and efficiency vs. flow rate curves for their fans.

Efficiency belongs in Europe

You don't go 0-300MPH in under 3 secs by being efficient, you do it by have a engine that consumes several gallons of gas in 10 secs...
