Default 175 cfm 120mm fan.

Thought someone might like one of these for extreme air/water/pelt cooling.

Mechatronics 120mm x 38mm High CFM fan # MD1238H12B

Dual Ball Bearing High Volume Air Flow, DC12V/ 2.50 A (30 watts, wow)
Size120x120x38mm
Air Flow174 CFM
Noise57.8 dba
Connector3 pin/ no RPM
RPM3800
ModelMD1238H

Look closely, it has stator blades to turn wasted spinning air into more cfm.

Hmm - how about 190cfm at nearly the same noise and size?

Delta 120x38mm FFB1212EHE

Specifications: 120x120x38mm, -->190.00<-- CFM @ 4000 RPM, 59.0 dBA, 24.00 watts, 2.00 amps, 12v DC, 3+4 pin Molex connectors.

Or we could get crazy with this puppy. 120x76mm

Delta 120x76mm GFB1212VHW

Specifications: 120x120x76mm, 220.29 CFM @ 3550/3200 RPM, 59.0 dBA, 31.80 watts, 2.65 amps, Maximum Air Pressure 15.04 mm H²O, 12v DC, 3+4 pin Molex header connector(s) or Bare Wire. ($1.00 discount)

I like big fans and I cannot lie, other modders might deny when a case walks in with an itty bitty chassis and a big round thing in your face you get sprung.

And seconds minutes later, your mainboard headers burn out and you're left with 0 cfm.

I always liked the 120cfm 120mm fans... they made such a lovely whine when they start up, but aside from that, the noise is maddening.

So, 11 of these, 9 on a CM Stacker 830/832 and 2 on the CM Gemini II = extremely loud but extremely cool case? Any volunteers?

59dba on those Delta's is insane. I think the loudest thing in my computer is 33 ATM.
