Soundcard Suggestions Please

Like the title says, Soundcard Suggestions Please...

I need a soundcard primarily for gaming/music. I know just about zilch when it comes to soundcards.
It seems like Creative is a solid brand, been looking into M-Audio and the others.

Help?

It would probably be a good idea to mention that I dont want to spend more than 100 bucks on this thing.

Considering: Audigy2 ZS Gamer Edition

Hmm, last I knew Creative is one of worst driver manufacturer, but have heard that they've gotten better with the Xi-fi series. Have heard good things about the Auzentec cards.

I have been using one of these and it works perfit for me playing COD2, BF2 etc. music and there fairly cheap enough at $69.99. Link

The x-fi extreme music is the only way to go.

Yah you can not go wrong there if you want all the extra stuff, like i said in my first post i have that one and i have let to burn it out and it has been in my machine for a couple years now with know issues what so ever.

I'm currently using this. Though not really great for gaming, and a tad pricey. I just like the rca outputs and ASIO.
