 |  Pentium D and 915G compatible? A friend just gave me his HTPC which has a Abit AG8 mobo with an Intel 915 chipset and a P4 CPU. Since the D805's and D820's are so cheap I'm wondering if I can install one on this Mobo. So, are the Pentium D CPU's and the Intel 915G chipset compatible? I've been looking around and it looks like the answer is no, but I haven't found anything really conclusive. thanks, Ed |
