Default What motherboard should i get?

well, i dont wanna go to much money, but im sick of buying the cheapest.. I have..
3700+ amd 64bit san fransico
ATI RADEON x1950 PRO 256mb
1.5GB pc3200 (ddr400)
Audigy 2 gamer soundcard
a 500 antec smartpower (somehting like that) powersupply..?

i unno what else i gotta say, but what should i buy, i want to go cheapest i can, without having a cheap board with so many flaws, like my last board, ran my 3700+ underclocked, so i had to do all this overclocking, umm this one i have now is doing stupid ****, i think its also reading my ddr400 as ddr333 :x

also maybe models would be nice, but sometimes frys electronic doesnt have them, so maybe even brand names and kinda like the verison etc.

Newegg.com - DFI LanParty UT RDX200 CF-DR ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

DFI overclocking goodness with the ati chipset......for only 54 bux. Cant get better than that! I challenge anyone to beat this deal.......with the same mobo or better.

the NF-4 chipset is a much better choice, it performs quite a bit better overall and is a bit less buggy.

Lan Party 61$ (Open Box)
Newegg.com - Open Box: DFI LanParty UT nF4-D ATX AMD Motherboard - OEM

Infinity 68$

Newegg.com - DFI NF4 INFINITY ATX AMD Motherboard - OEM

Lan Party Retail 82$
